| Beta 9 finally released! |

 Happy new year everybody!
The new release is finally out. The new version comes with loads of bug-fixes and improved performance here and there. New featurs includes viewing album cover art in the tree. Since it's been so long since the last release, I actually lost track of the changes myself - which you'll see in the changelog in the readme.
I know long time has passed since the last release. I now have a full time job where I spend most of the day programming. After that it's a little hard to get home and program even more on MEXP. I hope you all understand...

It's been a long time since the last MEXP release.
After I finished my study I got a job right away, which has taken up most of my time.
I'll try to work as much as I can on MEXP in the future, but I probably can't promise as much activety as there once were...
Please check all your open bugs in the forums and see if they're still current for this new release, so we can remove fixed bugs and work on the ones that are still there, thanks.

| I'm not dead - nor is MEXP |

You may have noticed that I haven't been much active in the forums lately. The reason to this is that I'm currently writing the final of my study which I will finish in November.
I'm still working on MEXP as much as I can, but right my first priority is my study.
Beta 8 is in the works and is going to be great. It'll feature support for custom tags, part of set, rating, "artist sort order" and a new skin editor - some of you might remember that I unfortunately lost the source to the old skin editor. That's why it has never been updated. I can't promise any release date yet, so please don't ask for that : )

The bugs in revision 4 has been fixed, and this new version should work very well. If not, let me know.
I'll be on vacation until monday the 7'th of July, and won't be able to answer posts in the forums or email.
